WHAT IS NETKISMET PHYSICS?

This is supposed to reflect the index page and contents of my home website at NetKismet Physics, so here is an introductory box with a bit of summary and overview to it.

Welcome to the (Piczo Twin) home of NetKismet Physics. As an   introduction I'd like to begin this work with a Zen saying from the founding father of the Zen religious philosphy, a brilliant mind who seemed to get quieter at the same rate as he grew wiser. His name is Lao-Tsu and the quote is this..."without leaving my house, I know the whole universe."

The obvious focus of this website is in the scientific field of physics. The purpose of this is manifold, but to put the short spin on it: here's the top two reasons....this website helps me to share knowledge or ideas or to learn about and discuss the concepts in physics.

The only way for me to achieve my primary goal (which is to learn more about Physics and then theorize about it) is to self-educate at this time. That is why i'm creating this website committed to the learning and sharing of information about it. Currently a hot topic and most definitely - one that's on my list - is the formulation or at least examination of what is mystically known as a 'TOE', or in the olden days, a 'grand unification theory'. To say more about it here would separate me from my goal so i'll   try to keep my peace about it for the here and now.

For study on my own, I had to develop a system that could evolve. The most effective learning style for me is to follow my natural learning curve, which is somewhat intuitive. Therefore my learning technique may seem random, but it's more like a fractal pattern due to the fact I must use freely available resources, whenever they're available to me.   So in doing this almost daily, I've observed that my study style is currently a combination of the following three activities: reading and making notes from scientific books, watching (and notation) educational television programming, preparing and publishing my notes into a form multimedia, or to a website; thought experimentation, and hands-on experimentation.

So hopefully all this will serve me well in my quest for a unified theory, or at least keep me occupied if such an outcome proves impossible. All I can say in the way of apology for even taking up such a quest is that I can no sooner stop myself than I could deliberately stop my heart from beating, or my lungs from trying to draw in air.
